Our founder, Dr. Rao has extensive experience of more than 23 years encompassing leading pharma companies in India. He worked as Head of R&D with Torrent Pharma, Sun Pharma, Aurobindo Pharma, Macleods Pharma and other leading pharma companies. Analytical Research is his core area of expertise with specialization in NMR, LC-MS, and in characterization of impurities. He has vast experience in organic synthesis, analytical science, instrumentation, material science and chemistry. He has done his Ph.D in Chiral Chemistry form Osmania University.

He has been awarded the prestigious Young Scientist Award in 2004 for his contribution in Pharma Research work.

SimSon Pharma Limited was founded, with his vision to service pharma industry with innovative cost effective products and solutions, which can lead company for timely completion of projects and achieve success.

Annie Deogharia is the President and founder of Global Pharma Consultants LLC, Lewis Center, Ohio. She has been in the pharmaceutical industry for over 16 years in various positions of progressively increasing responsibility. She has found her passion in Regulatory where she has been working over 10 years.

She has extensive experience working with US FDA to strategize, submit and gain approval of NDAs (505b2) and ANDAs. She has led FDA meetings and guided clients thru every aspect of product submission including, but not limited to, preparing pre-IND briefing package, INDs, ANDAs and NDAs in eCTD format. Her portfolio includes more than 50 ANDAs and numerous supplements for almost all dosage forms.

She is recognized as an industry expert in CMC modules of the submission. Given her analytical expertise, she enjoys working with R&D to ensure compliant submissions. She has a Masters in Analytical Chemistry and a Drug Development Certificate from Temple University.

Manga is one of the founders of Simson Pharma Limited who heads the finance department. She is a commerce graduate from Osmania University extensively experienced in handling Corporate Finance, Corporate Banking and Trust and Fund Management.

She is also the Sole Director of SimSon Life Sciences, one of the group companies of Simson Pharma Limited.

D. P. Srivastava has a rich experience of more than 4 decades in the Pharma industry. During this journey, he worked in Strides Arco Lab, Unimark Remedies, Macleods Pharma, Tata Pharma and Glaxo Pharma, in addition to Mylan in various capacities.

With his ace commercial acumen, he headed the Company Profit Centre. In his professional journey, he had worked in all the pharma-related areas to gain the expertise to handle sales, marketing, product portfolio, international business, regulatory etc. He is also adept in setting-up manufacturing facilities, R & D centres.

Dr. E. K. S. Vijaya Kumar completed his PhD. in Organic Chemistry from Andhra University and Post-Doctoral Research from I.I.Sc., Bangalore. He has worked in R & D Centres of Hoechst Marion Russell, Mylan Laboratories (formerly Merck Development Centre), Calyx Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd., and Rubicon Research Pvt. Ltd. in various positions. Additionally, he has several publications in various international and national journals and patents under his belt. Furthermore, he amassed thirty-five years of Pharmaceutical Research experience covering NCEs and Analytical Development (Structure elucidation, Method Development and Validations, Stability Studies and Polymorphic studies) in-compliance with regulatory requirements.
